Our Beliefs
-We believe that the Bible is God's Word, true and authoritative. We look to the Bible as our standard for belief and practice.
-We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit.
-We believe in the deity, death, resurrection, and immanent return of the man Jesus Christ, and that there can be no salvation or restored relationship with God apart from him.
-We believe that salvation and a restored relationship with God are free gifts offered to us by God. They cannot be deserved or earned by any action on our part, but can be received through faith by those who place their trust in Jesus Christ.
-We beleive that the worldwide church is motivated by the love of Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit for the work of proclaiming the good news of salvation to the world through our words, our self-sacrificial love for each other, and our generosity toward the needy and vulnerable.
-These are the basics, and they are what we choose to place our greatest emphasis on. Of course, we beleive a lot of other things, as well. If you have a question about a specefic belief or practice, please stop by and talk to us. We would love to talk with you!
